1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kkbd1 platform (available at kkbd1.io and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the kkbd1 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and kkbd1.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing or using the kkbd1 platform. Continued use of kkbd1 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those updates.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kkbd1" means the online betting and casino platform operated under the kkbd1.io domain, including all associated services, games, and interfaces.
• "Account" means a registered player account held on the kkbd1 platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered a valid account on kkbd1.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Payment Method" means any accepted deposit or withdrawal channel, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved methods.
• "Platform" means the entire kkbd1 website, mobile interface, and any associated software applications.
• "Taka" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on kkbd1.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service offered by kkbd1. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. kkbd1 strictly prohibits access to minors and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of its players upon request.

3.2 Single Account Policy. Each player is entitled to hold one (1) registered account on the kkbd1 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.4 Identity Verification. kkbd1 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified in our verification request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4. Account Security

4.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkbd1 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify kkbd1 immediately by contacting [email protected]. kkbd1 will investigate such reports and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing the account pending investigation.

4.3 OTP Verification. kkbd1 employs one-time password (OTP) verification sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number as an additional layer of account security. You must not share OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances. kkbd1 staff will never ask you to share your OTP via any channel.

4.4 Account Transfer Prohibited. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise deal with your kkbd1 account or any part of your account balance to any other person.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kkbd1 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other payment methods as displayed on the deposit page at the time of your transaction. Accepted methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on kkbd1 is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed on the deposit page.

5.3 Currency. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kkbd1 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Any conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.4 Processing Time. Deposits made via mobile wallet services including bKash and Nagad are credited to your kkbd1 account balance instantly upon confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance.

5.5 Deposit Source. You warrant that all funds deposited into your kkbd1 account are from lawful sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. kkbd1 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time and to freeze or close accounts where this cannot be satisfactorily established.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players whose accounts are fully verified and in good standing. Players must have completed identity verification (as described in Section 3.4) before their first withdrawal is processed.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.

6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except where kkbd1 expressly permits an alternative method. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.

6.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds and any winnings generated solely from them.

6.6 Right to Delay or Refuse. kkbd1 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the account has not passed identity verification; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) a chargeback, dispute, or investigation is pending; or (d) the withdrawal would breach any applicable legal or regulatory obligation.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the kkbd1 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details, including stake amount and selection, before confirming.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on kkbd1. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may vary by product, event, or Player account tier.

7.3 Void Bets. kkbd1 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed on an event or market that was subsequently cancelled; (b) it was placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a manifest error; (c) the integrity of the underlying event is called into question; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

7.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or communication error affecting the outcome of any bet or casino game, kkbd1 reserves the right to void the affected wager. Funds staked on voided wagers will be returned to the Player's account balance.

7.5 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of an event (e.g., wicket falling, penalty kick). Bets submitted during a suspension period will be accepted at the reinstated market price, not the price displayed at the time of submission.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by kkbd1 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is issued. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Welcome Bonus. New players who register a valid kkbd1 account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the wagering requirements and eligibility criteria published in the applicable promotion page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address.

8.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.

8.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that remain unclaimed or have not met their wagering requirement within the applicable expiry period will be automatically forfeited. No extension of bonus expiry periods will be granted except at kkbd1's sole discretion.

8.5 Abuse of Promotions. kkbd1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, collusion between players, or use of automated tools to satisfy wagering requirements. Accounts found to be abusing promotional offers will have bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkbd1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Opening or operating more than one account on kkbd1, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software tool to place bets, interact with games, or satisfy wagering requirements.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets with no genuine sporting or gaming intent.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any kkbd1 game or system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving corresponding gaming value on the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or attempting to compromise the security of the kkbd1 platform in any way.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward kkbd1 staff or other players.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Ownership. All content on the kkbd1 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of kkbd1 or its licensed third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Limited Licence. kkbd1 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. 12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability. kkbd1 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond kkbd1's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. kkbd1 shall not be liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.

12.2 Financial Loss. Gambling involves risk, and players may lose money. kkbd1 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of placing bets or playing casino games on the platform, except where such loss results directly from a verified platform malfunction as described in Section 7.4.

12.3 Third-Party Services. kkbd1 is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or availability of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket), internet service providers, or mobile network operators. Any delays, failures, or errors attributable to these third parties are outside kkbd1's control.

12.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkbd1's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kkbd1 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy & Data

14.2 Notification of Material Changes. Where a proposed amendment materially affects the rights or obligations of registered players, kkbd1 will endeavour to provide advance notice via on-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

14.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the kkbd1 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

15. Governing Law

15.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kkbd1 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to complying with all applicable legal and regulatory obligations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. 15.3 Language. These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation provided for informational purposes does not supersede the English version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
